FIELD: animal breeding.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fodder production, in particular to production of protein fodder product with heme iron. Method involves processing wastes of animal origin and vegetal raw materials, proportioning the components, mixing, extruding and cooling. As the components of animal origin wastes used is blood material of slaughter animals and the sausage salvage brought to the moisture of 25÷30 % with the particle size of 5÷6 mm, as well as bone meal flour with humidity of not more than 10 %. As the vegetal raw material used are grain crops for fodder purposes with moisture content of not more than 14 %. Initial components are taken in the ratio of 2:1:1:1 respectively. After mixing the mixture is held in a vessel for 3÷4 hours (till the humidity of 20÷24 %) and extruded. Obtained product is packed and left in open containers for 4÷5 hours for cooling. In case of the product feeding to poultry or small non-productive animals the obtained product after extrusion is additionally ground to the particle size of 0.3÷0.4 mm.EFFECT: invention usage allows to produce a protein product with heme iron while simplifying the process.1 cl, 2 dwg, 1 ex |
