The theft protection system (10) has an angularity sensor (12), which sends a signal for displaying a body positioning angle of the vehicle. An angle change determination unit (23) is provided, which determines an angularity of the body positioning angle in a specified interval on the base of the signal emitted by he angularity sensor. A theft detection unit is provided, which determines the angularity with a predetermined value on the base of the comparison, whether the vehicle is found in a theft condition.
