PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forcible halt system of a vehicle capable of externally and forcibly halting a vehicle running out of control by largely exceeding a speed limit by utilizing the existing facilities without requiring an enormous construction expense.SOLUTION: In a speed regulating device for a violation vehicle going over the speed limit or travelling at a minus speed (travelling in a wrong direction) using an automatic speed violation regulating device 10 and/or an automobile number automatic reading device 20 and an ATM line 30, a forcible halt system 100 for a vehicle includes: a monitor device 40 for tracking a violation vehicle travelling at the minus speed, in cooperation with the automatic speed violation regulating device and/or the automobile number automatic reading device and the ATM line; an audio alarm device 50 for the violation vehicle; an LED flickering device 60 for flickering in cooperation with the audio alarm device; an electromagnetic wave radiation device 70 for irradiating an electromagnetic wave serving as an abnormality generation signal toward an ECU (engine control unit) of the violation vehicle; and an operation device 80 for operating the monitor device, the audio alarm device, the LED flickering device, and the electromagnetic wave radiation device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
