PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to obtain information on a steering torque of an operator with a good accuracy.SOLUTION: A steering device includes a steering torque detection unit 30 which detects a steering torque when an operator operates steering of a steering wheel, and further includes a steering ECU 10 which is equipped with: a steering angle acceleration calculation unit which calculates a steering angle acceleration on the basis of a steering angle and a steering angle speed when the operator operates steering of the steering wheel; an arm mass calculation unit which calculates a mass of an arm of the operator; a correction information calculation unit which calculates correct information for correcting the steering torque on the basis of the steering angle acceleration and the mass of the arm; and a steering torque correction unit which corrects the steering torque with use of the correction information. |
