PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal device for providing a function for cross-platform connections regardless of a base OS, a platform, or a hardware device, an information communication system, an information communication method, and a program.SOLUTION: The terminal device includes on a TCP/IP stack a communication layer, which is a message exchange layer having a message exchange function through the TCP/IP stack and a cross platform connection function with an external device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
