PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extremely stretchable electronic component.SOLUTION: The present invention may attach two or more isolated electronic components to an elastomeric substrate, and arrange an electrical interconnection part between the electronic components in a boustrophedon pattern. The two or more isolated electronic components are interconnected to one another with the electrical interconnection part. Then, an elastomeric substrate is stretched such that the components separate relative to one another. After being stretched, the electrical interconnection part maintains electrical performance characteristics substantially identical to those which is possessed by the electrical interconnection part in a form before being stretched.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
