PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer rotor type motor capable of reducing the thickness and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: In an outer rotor type motor 1, a stator 14 has a stator core 15, an insulator 5, a winding 20 wound around the insulator 5, and a flat terminal 10 for processing the coil terminal 7 of the winding 20, the terminal 10 has a V groove 12 provided on the top surface, a coil terminal holding portion 19 communicating with the V groove 12, and a notch 11 provided on one side of the side surface, the insulator 5 has a wall portion 16 for holding the winding 20 and a terminal mounting portion 17 on which the terminal 10 is mounted, the terminal mounting portion 17 is recessed toward the winding side from the top surface of the wall portion 16, when the terminal 10 is loaded in the terminal mounting portion 17 of the insulator 5, the notch 11 provided on the side surface of the terminal 10 is positioned in a direction recessed toward the winding side from the top surface of the wall portion 16 of the insulator 5 .SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
