PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reflect a user's intention on determination of a power saving mode as to whether communication speed or power saving efficiency is prioritized.SOLUTION: When selection to prioritize communication speed (first priority selection) is received from a user on a priority setting screen, a power saving mode M4 is determined as an operation power mode, and when selection to prioritize power saving (second priority selection) is received, a power saving mode M5 is determined as an operation power mode.
