PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor device capable of preventing a back flow of the current from the outside to a signal output terminal at trimming without reducing a current capability.SOLUTION: A second current flow control part 15 controls a current flow source 14 in such a manner that a second current flow according to a signal value of a detection signal in a normal operation flows into a connection point 18. A second resistance element 16 connects the connection point 18 and the output terminal 5, and allows a potential of the connection point 18 according to the first current flow and the second current flow flowing into the connection point 18 to be outputted from an output terminal 5 as a detection signal. When a control signal is inputted from a logic circuit part 30 in a trimming operation state, a third current flow control part 17 controls the first current flow control part 13 in such a manner that the first current flowing into the connection point l8 from a first resistance element 12 becomes the maximum, and controls a second current flow control part 15 in such a manner that the second current flow supplied to the connection point 18 from the current flow source 14 becomes the maximum.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
