PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a notification server, a notification method and a notification program that can watch object persons who use on-demand means of traffic and need watching.SOLUTION: The transceiver of an operation management server 100 receives getting-on/off information consisting of the days and hours of boarding/unboarding, the points of stop and the names of the getting-on/off passengers and transmitted from an information terminal device 300 mounted on a share vehicle. A notifiable information generator acquires from a notification addressee memory notification addressees associated with the names of the getting-on/off passengers, and generates notifiable information addressed to the acquired addressees.
