PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste developer container which can efficiently store a more waste developer.SOLUTION: A waste toner container 24 which includes a storage port 24a for storing waste toner in a container, and a first conveyance screw 291 and a second conveyance screw 292 for conveying the waste toner in a prescribed direction in the container, and is attached to an image formation apparatus 1 comprises: a first storage part 241 which is provided with the first conveyance screw 291 and stores the waste toner entering from a storage port 24a; and a second storage part 242 which is provided with a second conveyance screw 292. Portions of the first storage part 241 and the second storage part 242 communicate to each other. The second storage part 242 is provided on the upper side than the first storage part 241 in the horizontal surface placement state of the image formation apparatus 1 attached with the waste toner container 24.
