PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core assembly, a reactor using the core assembly, and a manufacturing method for the core assembly, that are capable of reducing a cost and improving dimensional accuracy while securing insulation between a core and a conductive member.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for core assemblies 1, 2 comprising a U-shaped core, bus bars 61, 62, and resin members 21, 22 includes: an insertion process of inserting the U-shaped core and the bus bars 61, 62 into a mold; a fixation process of fixing the U-shaped core and the bus bars 61, 62 in predetermined positions in the mold; and a resin molding process of integrally molding a resin member by filling the mold with a resin and curing the resin to integrate the U-shaped core with the bus bars 61, 62 by the resin member. The bus bars 61, 62 include a tabular flat plate part and a first terminal part 611a that bends from the flat plate part and extends linearly. In the fixation process, the bus bars 61, 62 are fixed by disposing the flat plate part in parallel with the U-shaped core and holding the surroundings of the first terminal part 611a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
