PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic hardened body using concrete sludge fine powder and normal portland cement, and having sufficient strength.SOLUTION: This hydraulic hardened body is composed as the one obtained by kneading concrete sludge fine powder, normal portland cement, an aggregate, and an additive added according to necessary. The concrete sludge fine powder is obtained by adding water to the residual concrete or return concrete so as to be slurry, removing gravels, sands and fine sand fractions from the slurry to obtain sludge water, dehydrating the sludge water to obtain a dehydrated cake and subjecting the dehydrated cake to pulverizing and drying. The blending is performed under the following conditions:DSP≤-0.02×S+230 10≤DSP≤70; where the DSP denotes the ratio(%) of the concrete sludge fine powder to a binder; and S denotes the specific surface area (cm/g).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
