PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a lens for the spectacle having neither color unevenness nor peeling of a pigmented layer when positioning the pigmented material provided with a gradation-like pigmented layer on a molding die.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a lens for spectacle having a gradation includes: a step of preparing a pigmented material 1 processed into a shape having a prescribed contour shape and a curvature; a coloring step of providing a gradation-like pigmented layer 3 on at least one face of the pigmented material so as to be different in color and shade from one end edge to the other end edge; and a molding step of forming a prescribed spectacle lens 11 by positioning the pigmented material 1 provided with the pigmented layer on the mold surfaces 5, 6, and 7 and injecting a thermoplastic resin on the surface of the pigmented material 1. In the molding step, when the pigmented material 1 is positioned on the mold surface, a light color end edge 2b side of the pigmented layer provided with the pigmented material is positioned so as to be in the upstream side of the emission direction F, and thereby, the injection-molding is performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
