PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal generation circuit which can continue operation if a line voltage decreases.SOLUTION: The signal generation circuit includes: a differential pair 24 which has a first transistor, disposed between a first power supply line 12 and a second power supply line 14 and having a control terminal to which a first reference voltage is applied, and a second transistor; a first current source 22 connected between a common node of the first transistor and the second transistor and a first power line; an output unit which operates according to a signal output from the differential pair to input an output signal to the control terminal of the second transistor; and a voltage control circuit 30 which controls a first reference voltage according to the common node voltage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
