PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To diagnose information on an injection molding machine so that generation of abnormality is estimated/prevented, abnormality is prevented from being diagnosed mistakenly and unexpected stoppage in production is prevented.SOLUTION: A preventive maintenance device for an injection molding system includes: an injection molding machine 20; a diagnosis server 50 which is connected to the injection molding machine 20 by a communication channel 10; a heat generation amount measurement part 25 for acquiring a measured value of the amount of heat generated by a motor 21; a heat generation amount estimation part 26 for calculating an estimated value of the amount of the generated heat by using injection conditions; a diagnosis request part 27 in which the measured value is compared with the estimated value and when the former is larger than the latter, which transfers diagnosis request data to the diagnosis server 50, which data include individual information including the measured values, the estimated values, maintenance frequency, at the least, and composition of raw materials; a diagnosis part 51 which is arranged in the diagnosis server 50, has a first data base 52, in which the measured values, the estimated values, the individual information, and correlation information on whether the injection molding machine 20 has abnormality or not are accumulated, and a second data base 53 and is used for determining whether there is abnormality or not; and an input/output unit 23 for informing the result determined by the diagnosis part. |
