PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shift register in which the noise of an output signal is small and which can suppress deterioration of the characteristics of a transistor.SOLUTION: A shift register is constituted by first to ninth transistors. In a first non-selective period, a second non-selective period and a third non-selective period, control is performed so that a wire 116 is supplied with V2 (L level), so that a sixth wire 116 has small noise and the malfunction of a flip flop is prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 19 |
