PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing reel allowing attachment and fixation of a front cover in a stable state, and having a good appearance.SOLUTION: A fishing reel is such that a line guide 18 laterally reciprocating in conjunction with rotation operation of a handle 7 is provided between front side frames 2a and 2b of a reel body 1, and a front cover 30 to be attached to between the side frames 2a and 2b in front of the line guide 18 is provided. The front cover 30 includes a support part 31 disposed between the side frames 2a and 2b, and a pair of arm parts 32 extending to the rear side from both ends of the support part 31. A mating surface of a rear end 33 and a side frame 2a (2b) of at least one side arm part 32 in the pair of arm parts 32 is provided with correction means of correcting an interval between a pair of rear ends 33 to a prescribed interval. |
