PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability of an electrode, by generating stable electrostatic attraction force, by surely supplying electric power to the electrode, even if slack or the like is caused in an electrostatic attraction belt.SOLUTION: The electrostatic attraction belt 13 of covering a plurality of electrode patterns 17 and 18 with a belt base material 16, is extended to rollers 11 and 12, and belt power supply places 16a, 16b of respectively exposing the respective electrode patterns 17 and 18, are formed on the inner peripheral surface of the electrostatic attraction belt. Respective rotary bodies 14a supported by conductive rotary shafts 14b of a pair of rotational power supply parts 14, are contacted with the belt power supply places 16a and 16b of the electrostatic attraction belt 13, and are co-rotated by the movement of the electrostatic attraction belt, and voltage impressed on the respective rotary shafts 14b is impressed on the electrode patterns 17 and 18 via the rotary bodies 14a. Pressing force is imparted to the respective rotary bodies 15a of a pair of rotation assisting portions 15, and the rotary bodies 15a are brought into contact with positions opposed to the rotary bodies 14a of an outer peripheral surface of the electrostatic attraction belt 13, and are co-rotated by the movement of the electrostatic attraction belt 13. |
