PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector for cable connection which facilitates connection work of cables and is excellent in electrical connection stability.SOLUTION: The connector for cable connection is provided that includes: a terminal for being electrically connected to a core wire of a cable; and an elastic member for energizing the core wire toward the terminal. The elastic member has a locking part for being energized and locked to a side part of the core wire and also has a switching member for switching between a locked state in which the locking part is locked to the side part of the core wire and an open state in which locking is released.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
