PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner of a simple constitution, capable of reducing costs, saving energy, and controlling a lateral wind direction plate in a desired direction.SOLUTION: A lateral wind direction plate 30 has a first group 31 of wind direction plates connected by a first connecting member 41 at one end side of an opening portion 18 to change a direction, a second group of wind direction plates 32 connected by a second connecting member 42 at the other end side of the opening portion 18 to change a direction, and a third group of wind direction plates 33 connected by a third connecting member 43 at a central portion of the opening portion 18 to change a direction. A first driving portion 61 for driving the first connecting member 41 and a second driving portion 62 for driving the second connecting member 42 are disposed, the first driving portion 61 can drive the third connecting member 43 through the first connecting member 41, and the second driving portion 62 can drive the third connecting member 43 through the second connecting member 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
