A three-dimensional sound reproduction device according to one disclosed embodiment comprises: an input unit for receiving a sound signal; a control unit for acquiring output sound signals for generating a virtual sound source of the received sound signal; and an output unit for outputting the generated output sound signals by using a front speaker and a side speaker, wherein the control unit generates an attenuation signal, which is a signal for attenuating or removing an introduced sound signal directly transmitted to a listener among output sound signals outputted from the side speaker, and the generated output sound signals can include the attenuation signal.
