PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder supply device which supplies constant amounts of raw powder stored in a powder storage chamber sealed in an airtight manner and a gas to a use destination, and to provide a powder supply method.SOLUTION: A control device 37 causes a gas supply amount adjustment mechanism 43 to supply a gas so that a pressure of a gas phase part 15 measured by a pressure gauge 16 becomes a predetermined pressure to control an opening of a pressure control valve 56 and thereby makes supply amounts of raw powder 14 and a gas, which are supplied to a use destination, constant.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
