PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-polymerizable resin composition from which a laminate can be formed with excellent adhesiveness, punching processability and durability against heat or humidity, a coating agent, an adhesive, and a laminate.SOLUTION: The active energy ray-polymerizable resin composition comprises a polymerizable compound, boric acids, and a silane compound. The boric acids include at least one of boric acid and a boric acid derivative.
