An adhesive resin and an easily releasable film, including: a copolymer A of ethylene and an unsaturated carboxylic acid ester, in which the content of structural units derived from the unsaturated carboxylic acid ester is more than 0% by mass and less than 10% by mass; a copolymer B of ethylene and an unsaturated carboxylic acid ester in which the content of structural units derived from the unsaturated carboxylic acid ester is 10% by mass to 40% by mass; and a resin C incompatible with at least the copolymer A of ethylene and an unsaturated carboxylic acid ester.
