PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish time synchronization among a plurality of different ECUs.SOLUTION: A first ECU 20a measures time by using a first ECU timer value T1 generated by a first ECU timer unit 22a (first clock unit) on the basis of absolute time T0 received by an absolute time acquisition unit 21a. A first ECU timer value transmission unit 24a (clock value transmission unit) transmits a first ECU timer value T0 updated on the basis of the absolute value T0 obtained per prescribed time t0 by an ECU timer value update unit 23a (first clock value update unit) to a second ECU 30a and a third ECU 40a. A second ECU timer unit 34a and a third ECU timer unit 44a (second clock unit) measure time by using a second ECU timer value T2 and a third ECU timer value T3 updated by a second ECU timer value update unit 36a and a third ECU timer value update unit 46a (second clock value update unit) on the basis of the first ECU timer value T0 received by first ECU timer value reception units 32a, 42a (clock value reception unit).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
