The invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition the treatment of the Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease or related disorder, selected from amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, toxic neuropathy, neuropathies provoked by HIV, radiation, heavy metals or vitamin deficiency states, idiopathic neuropathies and diabetic neuropathy, the composition comprising as active ingredients: (i) Baclofen, (ii) D-Sorbitol and (iii) a compound selected from Pilocarpine, Methimazole, Mifepristone, Naltrexone, Rapamycine, Flurbiprofen and Ketoprofen, salts, enantiomers or racemates thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient or carrier. |
