GAS/AIR MIXER ASSEMBLY FOR USE IN A GAS BURNER

The present invention relates to a gas/air mixer assembly (1) for use in a gas burner (2). The mixer assembly (1) comprises a main body (3); a nozzle device (4) for ejecting gas; a gas/air mixing tube (5), wherein the tube (5) comprises: an outlet for discharging the mixture to the gas burner (2) and an inlet (6) for jointly admitting the air and the ejected gas, wherein the tube (5) is axially slidably disposed onto the main body (3) so as to vary an axial distance between the inlet (6) and the nozzle device (4) and a fixing device (7) for securing the tube (5). An adjustment device (8) is provided for adjusting a mixing ratio of the gas and the ambient air by way of blocking a forward movement of the tube (5) at a predetermined axial distance between the inlet (6) and the nozzle device (4).
