<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently prepare a plan table conforming to actual circumstances by reviewing the conventional setting of an update period based on duration years, and statistically analyzing renewal-replacement data related to the past equipment components. <P>SOLUTION: This system is provided with a storage means for storing a primary data file in which the equipment of a building are classified by type, components accessory to the equipment are associated, and renewal-replacement periods are associated in a table format, and an equipment component information file including past renewal-replacement result data related to individual facilities and components; a statistical arithmetic means for searching the range of variation of renewal-replacement years for every type of facilities by a statistical method from the past renewal-replacement result data; a recording means for recording the range of the variation of the renewal-replacement years as the renewal-replacement period in the primary data file; an extraction means for retrieving and extracting equipment type codes and component codes; and an information output means for outputting the extracted equipment renewal-replacement information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
