<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture non-oil fermented soybean dressing with low calories as the seasoning materials of side dish that even a person who does not like fermented soybean is able to eat. <P>SOLUTION: Non-oil fermented soybean dressing with low calories is manufactured from mineral water flavored with citrus fluid juice and the tasty components of tangle of 68 to 76 wt.%, and vinegar of 12 to 16 wt.%, and fermented soybean of 12 to 16 wt.%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
