<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interview setting system for increasing the prevalence of health instructions by reducing time or labor to be imposed on a user for receiving health instructions, and for offering proper health instructions suitable for each user. <P>SOLUTION: In an interview setting system for interviewing a person belonging to a group relating to a client or a person who supports the pertinent person as a candidate in response to a request from the client, an interview execution candidate certifying part 34 and a registering part 31 accept a registration request as an interview execution candidate, and registers the person whose registration is determined to be approved as an interview execution candidate.
