PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate computer-aided name identification business form data from a plurality of business form data.

SOLUTION: An electronic business form server 10 searches business form data and other business form data based on information on the searching conditions of the business form data and information on the searching conditions of other business form data. Then, the electronic business form server 10 extracts the data of selection items from records in the searched business form data and in the searched other business form data and generates the computer-aided name identification business form data based on the extracted data.
