<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a regulation object component exhausted when warming up a catalyst device, in a control device of a vehicle traveling in response to a traveling mode selected from a plurality of traveling modes. <P>SOLUTION: This control device 60 prohibits travel by a power mode being one of the plurality of traveling modes (S140), when the catalyst device 52 determines as warming-up (YES in S100).
