<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display information for a job, when the job is transmitted from a user while execution of jobs cannot be performed, in a period where the information for the job can be displayed. <P>SOLUTION: The system comprises a designated image forming device 2A and an information management device 3 for managing jobs executed by the designated image forming device 2A and a proxy image forming device 2B. The information management device 3 includes a control part 30 for determining whether the designated image forming device 2A is in a job unexecutable period or not; and a communication part 33 for transmitting a job to be executed by the device 2A to the proxy image forming device 2B and also transmitting proxy execution information to the device 2A when the device 2A is receivable. The device 2A includes a communication part 18 for receiving the proxy execution information, a display part 12 for displaying the proxy execution information; and a control part 10 for making the display means 12 display the proxy execution information during a displayable period of the proxy execution information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
