The proposed mixture is prepared by mixing fine mineral granules with conventional binding material of liquid consistency. Then, granules of solid foam having a density one or even two orders of magnitude smaller, are mixed in, without significantly reducing the surface tension of water used for mixing. Preferably, the solid foam granules should have a predetermined size distribution and should be a mixture of synthetic foam flake and silicate foam. Also preferably, water soluble polymer is used, to improve adhesion, 1-10% by mass, 0.15-5% by mass of liquidity-promoting additive and 20% by mass of setting time influencing chemical. All percentages referring to the mass of binder material, and are independent of the type of binder used. |
