APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MAKING COMMUNICATION BETWEEN RADIO DEVICES OVER PICONET WITHOUT PNC

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a virtual PNC apparatus which makes nodes share a radio transmission medium according to a transaction scheduling of a host layer without PNC in an adhoc network composed of nodes each having no function of the PNC of the existing radio PAN.

SOLUTION: The apparatus for transmitting/receiving data between radio devices without PNC comprises a beacon generator module for generating a beacon to generate a virtual PicoNet for actuating the virtual PNC function by a device having no PNC function, and a virtual PNC finishing module for actuating a function to shut down the virtual PicoNet when the PicoNet associates with a device capable of taking the role of the PNC.
