<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of sales promotion activity for achieving a rise of the amount sold by increasing goods amount to be treated by transportation and physical distribution tradors. <P>SOLUTION: When the transportation and physical distribution tradors transport goods, an invoice slip wherein a sender, the destination and an invoice number are recorded, is generally added to the goods. The slip is generally of a duplicate type, and the sender, the destination, and the transportation and physical distribution tradors respectively hold the slip wherein the same sender, destination and slip number are recorded. In this matter, the transportation and physical distributors execute a lottery by using the slip number.
