<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color image forming device and a color image forming method capable of facilitating a work of pulling out a recording medium when jamming occurs. SOLUTION: The device is provided with an intermediate transfer belt 3 which is supported by at least two upper and lower rollers, that is, the upper driving roller (not illustrated) and the lower driven roller (not illustrated), and also, which can be rotated in one way while being arranged in a vertical direction (up-and-down direction of paper surface), plural image carriers 7 which are arranged along a plane where the intermediate transfer belt 3 is carried from the upper to the lower part (from the upper direction of the paper surface to the lower direction), a transfer roller 2 which is arranged opposite to the upper driving roller (not illustrated) for supporting the intermediate transfer belt 3 with the intermediate transfer belt 3 interposed, and a recording medium 15 carrying means which is arranged opposite to the image carriers 7 across the intermediate transfer belt 3.</p> |
