PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a thermal efficiency is reduced at the time of partial loading when a regeneration cycle gas turbine generator is operated at constant speed. SOLUTION: A voltage conversion part 11 for adjusting a turbine entrance temperature by an alternate pressure-raising chopper in order to enhance a thermal efficiency at the time of partial loading is provided and a variation of a frequency is adjusted by a normal conversion part 12 and a reverse conversion part 12C. It is also included that a turbine speed is reduced in order to enhance a thermal efficiency of the gas turbine and the turbine entrance temperature is lowered. A combined generation facility including a fuel cell or the like is also included.
