<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology that is less in trouble for users of a communication system and dispenses with a large extension of the system for service providers. SOLUTION: In a communication network consisting of servers and client terminals that are interconnected with each other, the client terminal is provided with a means that transmits a user identifier to the server to access the server, and in the server the user identifiers and information of rules with respect to interruption of connection contracted with a service user specified by the user identifier are stored an interruption condition table in while being related with each other. The condition with respect to the interruption of the connection which is related with the user identifier received at connection to the client terminal is retrieved from the interruption condition table, the connection state of the client terminal is monitored and whether or not the connection state corresponds to the condition with respect to the interruption of the retrieved connection is discriminated. When it is discriminated as corresponded, it is solved by interrupting the connection to the client terminal.</p> |
