PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve control accuracy by easily displaying and setting external information and internal calculation information to an operator, and easily changing the control mainly by the operator. SOLUTION: In controlling cooling by taking in the outside air by a building management system, comfortable air-conditioning environment by taking the outside air based on outside air cooling automatic control is provided and managed by simultaneously applying enthalpy automatic operation based on external measured values such as collected outside air temperature/humidity and indoor temperature/humidity, selection of outside air cooling judging function in two stages, a body sensory dubious value by virtual temperature set value and automatic control.
