PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique capable of monitoring a state of a diaphragm with a simple structure in a jet flow generating apparatus for generating a combined jet. SOLUTION: A state detection circuit 30 is provided with a detection resistor 29 and a differential amplifier 23 for detecting a signal of a power source flowing through a power source (Vcc) line of an amplifier 22, a peak wave detector 26 for detecting a peak value of an output signal S2 of the differential amplifier 23, a half-wave rectifier 27 for performing half-wave rectification of a drive input signal S1 generated by a drive signal generator 21, and a comparator 28 comparing a peak signal S3 detected by the peak wave detector 26 and a half-wave rectification signal S4 rectified by the half-wave rectifier 27 and outputting a state signal S5 of the diaphragm 9.
