PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive device having a simple structure, and capable of easily performing dripping only with a solar battery of a small volume without using a battery or commercial electricity, according to sunshine, regardless of the outdoors and indoors. SOLUTION: This device has an upper water tank and a lower tank, and a dripping tube which drip supplies to plants water discharged from the lower water tank. The upper water tank has a water-supply means which performs water supply to the upper water tank and the lower tank, based on the water level of the upper water tank, a water level increasing means which increases the water level of the upper water tank when air is poured from an air pump driven with a solar battery, and a water dropping means which drops water in the upper water tank to the lower water tank when the water level of the upper water tank becomes above a prescribed position. The lower water tank has a water discharging means which discharges water in the lower water tank to the drip tube when the water level of the lower water tank becomes above a prescribed position.
