Electrically actuated friction disc clutch and rotor for such a clutch

A rotor (1) for an electromagnetically operated friction disc coupling comprises two electromagnets (6,7) and a magnetically conductive armature (3) that can be brought into contact with the rotor. There is no bridge, or at least no essentially axial bridge, between an outer radial edge and the central region of the rotor in the electromagnetic region of the coupling. An independent claim is also included for a coupling as above.
