摘要 <p>Orientation method for the sealing layers of croissants (1) comprises passing them between a lower (10) and an upper (13) conveyor which can move at different speeds. This allows the croissants to be rotated until the sealing layer is in the desired position. An independent claim is included for a machine for carrying out the method with a sensor (16) which detects the orientation of the croissant and a control unit (22) connected to it which regulates the speeds of the two conveyors.</p>
