PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust water supply timing in automatic water supplying. SOLUTION: When a locking state of an open/close lid 11 is detected, an open/close valve 100B is controlled to an opened state slightly delayed from the detecting timing (ta=1 to 2 seconds), to automatically supply city water into a hopper 3 as crushing water. Thus, water is automatically supplied with an interval enough to leave the hand from a grip, not automatically supplied simultaneously with locking of the open/close lid, to substantially surely avoid a situation of a sleeve wetted with discharged city water.
