PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microphone apparatus whereby sound can similarly be received from any direction and singing can be attained by easily grasping sound output from a speaker. SOLUTION: The microphone apparatus 10 is provided with a microphone 22 and the speaker 24 with directivity, which are adjacently located. The microphone apparatus 10 is provided with a sound signal processing circuit for outputting sound from the speaker 24 and a howling eliminating circuit for reducing howling caused by the sound received by the microphone 22.
