PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber belt capable of restraining the occurrence of a crack by improving the rigidity of the rubber belt, a belt vulcanizing device for molding this rubber belt, and a belt manufacturing method for manufacturing the rubber belt. SOLUTION: This rubber belt is manufactured by using the belt vulcanizing device having a fixed side metal mold having a placing recessed part for placing a raw rubber member being a pre-vulcanization state and a moving side metal mold having a compressing recessed part compressing the raw rubber member placed in the placing recessed part toward the fixed side metal mold, and is characterized by arranging core body canvas 9a (a reinforcing member) in the center in the belt thickness direction by vulcanizing a metal mold dividing position contacting when joining the fixed side metal mold and the moving side metal mold by the belt vulcanizing device arranged in the center of the belt thickness direction.
