PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag used for medical supplies, unregulated drugs, cosmetics, or the like, or furthermore, miscellaneous articles, the packaging bag being designed so as to improve safety in order to prevent infants, children, etc., from easily opening the packaging bag and taking out the contents from the bag. SOLUTION: The packaging bag is formed of a laminated sheet and sealed on three or four sides.
