PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently transmit a load from a rocker to a body mount without greatly increasing weight. SOLUTION: Lower side joining flanges 22B of a pair of right and left lockers 22 disposing its longitudinal direction along a vehicular fore-and-aft direction at vehicular widthwise both end lower portions of a body 12, and a vehicular widthwise outside end portion 46D of a lower wall portion 46A of a floor cross 46 provided at the vehicular widthwise both end portions of a cross member 44 disposing its longitudinal direction along the vehicular width direction at a lower portion of the body 12 are coupled by a mount bracket 48. The mount bracket 48 forms a closed space 51 wherein a vehicular widthwise inside portion 51A extends to a lower side of a rocker inner 30, with the rocker 22 or the floor cross 46. A nut 62 for uniting the body 12 to a body mount 70 fixed to a chassis frame 10 is provided in the closed space 51. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
